L&R Fine Fashions, Inc. is recalling more than 2,000 pounds of raw pork paste and ready-to-eat fried pork loaf products due to undeclared wheat.
The recall affects 11-oz. packages of “Kim Loan Giò Sông Pork Paste Fish Sauce Added” and 14-oz. chubs of “Kim Loan Chá Chiên Fried Pork Loaf Fish Sauce Added.” They each bear the establishment number “EST. 40074” inside the USDA mark of inspection and were produced between Jan. 22, 2010 and Dec. 6, 2010. These products were distributed to retail establishments in Southern California.
